Jacob receives CoE Undergraduate Research Scholarship
Jacob Waller, a rising 4th-year Biomedical Engineering undergradaute student received a College of Engineering (CoE) Undergraduate Research Scholarship. Title of honors thesis proposal: "Microfluidic Quantification of Blood Vessel Interactions of Tumor Microenvironment."
This award is bestowed by the Undergraduate Honors Committee in the CoE and includes a scholarship worth up to $5000 to support the completion of an undergraduate honors thesis. Recipients of this scholarship are also encouraged to continue their studies at the graduate level.
Prior recipients of this award from our lab include Jacob Enders (Lerner College of Medicine/Cleveland Clinic M.D. program), Kelly Kolotka (M.S. student in OSU MAE), Jonathan Chang (Georgia Tech BME Ph.D.), Griffin Spychalski (UPenn MSTP), and Mia Zhang (current lab member).
